  • Cytus II received the greatest number of updates in the year 2020, with 14. 2020 also saw the greatest number of new songs added to Cytus II, with 150.
  • Cytus II received the greatest number of characters in the year 2018 with 10.
  • Trivia by update:
    • 2.8 | The greatest number of songs added to Cytus II in a single update (not counting 1.0) was 22 in 2.8.
    • 4.0 | According to a post by executive director of the Cytus series, Gulujam Chang, Cytus II 4.0 was the first update to be completed solely virtually.
    • 5.0 | Cytus II 5.0 was the final update with Gulujam Chang as executive director.
    • 5.0.9 - 5.0.13 | The longest break between content updates with nearly 5 months.
