Tairitsu is a collaboration character in Cytus II, and is one of the 26 playable characters. She was released with the 5.0.5 update. Currently, Tairitsu has 10 songs, and maxes out at Lv. 15.

Description

Trapped within the confines of Node OI's strict class system, Tairitsu, a girl living on the lowest rung of society, decides to leave with the help of her friend, Hikari. But she soon discovers that things in Node OI are not always as they seem—

And leaving might just be a lot harder than it sounds...

• Tairitu's design in Cytus II combines elements from Arcaea partners Tairitsu and Ilith.
  • Her "Awake" skin is a reference to Arcaea's partner Awakening mechanic, which raises partner level caps, grants new skills, and new partner images with new designs. This skin's design is based on her Tempest form in Arcaea.
• The Cytus x Arcaea collaboration is widely considered to be the most requested collaboration in Cytus' history.
• Tairitsu introduces the ‘Divergent OS System’ whereby players play through the story as normal up until they reach a story scene where they can choose an outcome. After viewing the results of their choice, the character level will be reset to 1 and the story can be replayed and a different choice can be made.
  • Due to her unique OS system, Tairitsu's story is not included in the TL system.
• Tairitsu is the first collaboration character to not have unique song arts.
• Tairitsu is the fourth collaboration character to have CHAOS 15 charts, after Graff.J, Alice, and Hans.
  • Tairitsu has the greatest number of CHAOS 15 charts out of paid collaboration characters, with three.
• Three of Tairitsu's CHAOS charts have properties unique to GLITCH/CRASH charts:
  • Grievous Lady's ending has the scan line rebounding halfway, similar to Devillic Sphere CRASH.
  • Fracture Ray's beginning has an invisible scan line, similar to Devillic Sphere CRASH.
  • Near the ending of init(), the scan line freezes, then teleports from the top.
• Tairitsu is the third collaboration character to have an alternate skin, the others being Hans and Kaf
• One of her quotes if you fail, "A world filled only with misery", comes from the story in Arcaea's Eternal Core story chapter.
• node OI is basically another parallel of the world in arcaea since in her story, nobody left node OI. And in Arcaea's story explains once entering the world of arcaea, there is no point of coming back in the real world aka earth( also there are also some characters that refuse to come back in the real world)
• Hikari and Tairitsu(the 2 main characters in the O.S story) in Japanese, are called Light and Conflict. Those terms are used throughout the story and is important in the lost world, also some songs in Arcaea are characterized as light and conflict(not light and dark as some people know it)
• one of the promotional art is a reference to the Arcaea intro screen.
