TP stands for Technical Points. It refers to the score when it is converted from raw score to the timing when you hit the notes. Thus TP ≠ Score.

The difference between a black perfect and a colour perfect:

The note colours determine MISS to COLOUR PERFECT.
- Tap notes based on press time.
Drags have only MISS, BLACK and COLOUR PERFECT.
Grades are Million Master, S, A, B, C, Fail (D if posted on FB or Twitter)

For example, if you MM a song and you want to know how many colour perfect notes have you scored here is an easy equation: Number of Coloured perfect notes= Total Number of Notes x ( TP - 70 ) / 30
