On the 15th of this month, a mech beast attack occurred in Node 08. The Administration Bureau expressed that the location where the accident occurred is in an area with much activity. Thanks to the exploration team’s swift response only 15 people suffered minor injuries and no further damage was caused.
Based on A.R.C.’s investigation report, this incident was most likely implemented by the anti-technology organization known as Light. A full investigation is being carried out by the Administration Bureau, with A.R.C. expressing that they will offer full cooperation, as well as praising the Exploration Team for their ability to subdue the mech beast so quickly.
Light propaganda can be seen all over the virtual internet, protesting A.R.C. for restoring technology without careful consideration, using it before understanding the risks involved and not taking responsibility for the damage inflicted. In the past, Light has mostly relies on peaceful protests, demonstrations internet messaging, AR Dramas, etc. to express their grievances. If this incident was indeed caused by them the Administration Bureau will no longer be able to tolerate a hands-off approach and has stated that they are prepared to use more forceful methods.
